1) Standard supply of paint booth ceiling lightings with 4×18 W LED lamps.

2) Side lightings with 2×18 W LED lamps.

3) 36 W and 58 W lamps are as optional.

4) Ceiling light box corner also with inclination angle to allow more light reflects.
Ø Ventilation System

1) Blower fan is designed with non-sparking, and perfectly meet EN 13355-2004 requirements. Big vane, easy for maintenance.Double Insulated case of galvanized steel sheet.

2) SIEMENS or high quality Chinese brand motors are available.

3) Designed noise is below 78 dBa.
Ø Heating System

1) Stainless steel 1Gr18Ni9Ti (SUS304).

2) Diesel burner, RIELLO RG5S (optional gas burner, direct heating burner).

3) Hot water and direct fire heat are available for some special requirements.

4) RIELLO or Weishaupt burners are used.

According EU using water-soluble paint require, increase controlling of leveling process and EU standard indicationEN13355, the system adopt advance technical optimize, energy-saving, emission-reducing, as well as according to the practical needs of users, full or part of mode increasing.
